Booking system

Booking configuration

Define services, availability, questions and approvals for appointment requests.

Configuring Booking means defining what users can request, what information Polaris needs and when a person should step in.

Start with one service and validate the flow before adding more options.

When to configure it

Configure Booking when you already have:

  • A tested chatbot.
  • Clear services or appointment types.
  • Availability or schedules defined.
  • A primary channel, such as Web Widget or WhatsApp.
  • A person or team that can review requests.

How to configure it

  1. Create a service, such as “Initial consultation”.
  2. Define duration and availability.
  3. Add questions needed to prepare the appointment.
  4. Associate the chatbot that will receive the request.
  5. Select the channel where the flow will be published.
  6. Enable approval if the appointment needs human review.
  7. Test the full flow before publishing.
