Define services, availability, questions and approvals for appointment requests.
Configuring Booking means defining what users can request, what information Polaris needs and when a person should step in.
Start with one service and validate the flow before adding more options.
When to configure it
Configure Booking when you already have:
- A tested chatbot.
- Clear services or appointment types.
- Availability or schedules defined.
- A primary channel, such as Web Widget or WhatsApp.
- A person or team that can review requests.
How to configure it
- Create a service, such as “Initial consultation”.
- Define duration and availability.
- Add questions needed to prepare the appointment.
- Associate the chatbot that will receive the request.
- Select the channel where the flow will be published.
- Enable approval if the appointment needs human review.
- Test the full flow before publishing.
