Operator and booking troubleshooting

Resolve failed actions, approvals, jobs, webhooks and booking intake issues.

Operator action failed

Check:

  • Tool binding is enabled.
  • Required arguments were collected.
  • Plan includes the needed feature.
  • Usage is not blocking the capability.
  • Webhook or external system is reachable.

Approval required

This is expected when policy requires human control. Approve or reject from the Operator approvals view.

Booking did not schedule

Booking may still need missing fields, service matching or human approval. Review the appointment request and configured service catalog.
