Starter
Starter is for getting started with Polaris without extra complexity.
It is useful for:
- Small teams testing their first chatbot.
- Internal support or frequently asked questions.
- First documents and Playground testing.
- Early conversation volume.
The web widget includes discreet Powered by Polaris branding.
Multimodal capabilities: textual documents included; OCR and Vision not included.
Pro
Pro is for teams using Polaris in production and needing more capacity.
It is useful for:
- Active chatbots on the web.
- Higher monthly conversation volume.
- More documents and broader support coverage.
- First Operator flows, such as leads or internal tasks.
The web widget uses reduced AI by Polaris branding.
Multimodal capabilities: OCR included for scanned text; Vision not included for visual analysis of images, charts or diagrams.
Business
Business is for operations that need more channels and more continuity.
It is useful for:
- Teams supporting customers through WhatsApp.
- Clinics or service businesses using booking.
- Teams with multiple agents or higher conversation volume.
- Flows where Operator helps with appointments, approvals or follow-up.
The web widget includes basic white-label, with no required Polaris branding.
Multimodal capabilities: OCR and Vision included with monthly plan limits.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for organizations with advanced scale, security or support needs.
It may apply when you need custom limits, commercial support, security requirements, special integrations or support for multiple business units.
Enterprise supports full white-label according to the commercial agreement.
Multimodal capabilities: OCR and Vision with custom contractual limits.

Basic access and control
