Workspaces, members and roles
Manage team access, ownership and permissions in Polaris.
Workspaces organize operational context. Members determine who can manage configuration, documents, channels and Operator.
Roles
Use least privilege:
- Owners manage billing, workspace settings and critical configuration.
- Managers configure chatbots, datasources and channels.
- Operators handle runtime work and support views.
Limits
Member and workspace limits are plan controlled. If a downgrade exceeds limits, Polaris should warn or restrict new additions without deleting existing operational data.
Ownership
Keep at least one accountable owner per workspace. It improves billing, support and incident response.
